Any use of the Hampergifts.com.hk website is subject to the user agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between Hampergifts.com.hk (“HamperGifts Hong Kong”) and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order online with HamperGifts Hong Kong for the supply of any goods (“the Goods”). HamperGifts Hong Kong, by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on HamperGifts Hong Kong website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of HamperGifts Hong Kong stated herein.

By accessing, browsing and using this site, the user agrees to abide by the Terms of Use outlined by HamperGifts Hong Kong.

All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this site are the copyright of HamperGifts Hong Kong. As a visitor to the HamperGifts Hong Kong website you are licensed to copy electronically or to print portions of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without HamperGifts Hong Kong prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Customer Security and Privacy
The information we collect is used to process your order and provide the highest level of customer service. We need your name, email address, billing address, phone number and debit card / credit card details. We collect information for the purposes of completing order transactions.
Your address details must be passed to PayPal for credit / debit card verification and your email will be submitted to any operator for shipping tracking details.
In the event that a customer requires a refund, such a refund can only be made to the PayPal or credit card account that was used to purchase the item. Due to security reasons, Boutiques De Cadeaux will not refund cash or cheque to customers, nor will the funds be transferred to third party accounts.
We will never send you marketing information unless we have agreed in advance. During the registration period, you can choose not to receive promotional emails. If you initially choose to join and then change your mind, you can easily remove it from our mailing list by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the promotional email. Or you can cancel by email at [email protected].
We will not use cookies to handle or store your financial information.
Our site’s procurement area uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for security protection to encrypt sensitive information.
For added security we do not store credit card information and all card transactions are processed by PayPal.
In order to maintain the accuracy of your personal details, you can view, modify or delete your stored information by logging into your account or by Contact Us.
If requested your data deleted, and in the case where it cannot be deleted (e.g. for accounting purposes) then it can be blocked from further access.

Promotional Materials
Boutiques De Cadeaux will, from time to time, contact customers via email, fax or post to distribute the latest product information and details of promotions. If you prefer not to receive such information, you can remove yourself from our mailing list by emailing [email protected].

Pricing and Transactions
Web prices exclude delivery costs. In the event that an incorrect price is displayed on our website, HamperGifts Hong Kong reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email and given the choice to proceed with the order.
All transactions are processed by PayPal and credit/debit card payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard and JCB.

HamperGifts Hong Kong provides a 100% secure payment system. All transactions are processed by PayPal – operating in over 40 countries PayPal are one of the largest payment service providers globally, with millions of online payments every day. From our site, payments are submitted online using protocol 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. Your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. You can tell a page is secure when ‘https’ appears in front of ‘www.hampergifts.com.hk’ in your browser’s address window. For added security, we do not store your credit card details.

Substitution Policy
We understand that it is of utmost important for your gift to be delivered on time; hence substitution with similar items of equivalent or higher value may occur when necessary. We will ensure substitutions would be done professionally without affecting the overall presentation.

If the performance by HamperGifts Hong Kong of its obligations under this site is prevented by reason of “force majeure” (which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labor disputes, shortage of labor or lack of skilled labor, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of HamperGifts Hong Kong , HamperGifts Hong Kong shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.

Discount Terms
All of the online discount products, cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Discount is not applicable to shipping costs. Shipping costs will be based on the final discount price
The discount is only applicable to orders that have been paid prior to the offer period, even if the goods are delivered during the offer period.
Discount is subject to availability and is subject to change without prior notice. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Conditions
i. HamperGifts Hong Kong will display the full product price, shipping costs and total payment required before checkout.
ii. Customers who do not opt for same day delivery of products can select their preferred delivery time. However, 24 hours’ advanced notice is required. Under normal circumstances same day deliveries will be made between 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. In the event that traffic conditions or any other accidents delay delivery, the Company’s customer service representative will contact the customer.
iii. In the event of delivery delays or omissions, Boutiques De Cadeaux will not he held responsible for failed delivery due to the following:
a. The recipient is not available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address within the specified delivery period.
b. The shipping address is incorrect.
c. There is insufficient information about the recipient to complete the delivery.
d. The contact telephone number of the recipient is incorrect or invalid.
iv. If the requested gift must be delivered within a specified period of time or within a narrow timeframe, customers should contact Customer Support on +852 9016 9565 at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to turn down requests if the delivery resources are not available to meet special requests.
v. Delivery time specification – Specific requests for delivery times require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to delivery. If the notice is received less than 24 hours prior to delivery, we will endeavor to fulfill the request but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. If such a request requires an additional transportation fee, this will be billed to the customer. For delivery inquiries, please contact our customer service hotline on +852 9016 9565.
vi. If products are not delivered as a result of the recipient’s unavailability or due to inaccurate delivery information, the purchaser will be required to meet all additional delivery charges.
Boutiques De Cadeaux cannot guarantee the quality of perishable items as a result of additional transit time for re-delivery. If the customer requires fresh items to be re-packed for the re-delivery, a charge of 70% of the original order cost plus delivery fee is applicable.
Any products including perishable products that are undeliverable due to weather or traffic conditions will be redelivered to the same delivery location within 24 hours free of charge.
vii. A delivery surcharge will be applicable for any redirection of orders.

Complaint policy
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and the services we provide. If you find that your gift is damaged, please contact our customer service department within 3 days and our customer service staff will follow up. If the business hours and public holidays, our customer service staff will be in the next working day for you to follow up.
HamperGifts Hong Kong has the right to request a photo of the product to ensure the quality of our products.
Please note that the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us by email [email protected] let us know you want to cancel and refund your order.
If the goods are faulty in any way we offer a free returns service, and are happy to offer either a replacement or refund.
ii) cancellation (if the order has not yet shipped)
You can cancel your order two working days before the delivery date of the request. After that, we may have sent your gift.
For holiday orders, we will need a longer notice period of up to 10 working days.
If you receive your cancellation notice in the above circumstances, it may be too late to stop delivery. If you cancel the order after the goods have been shipped, please inform our customer service team via e-mail [email protected], we will guide you to the next step.
i. If you wish to cancel an order that contains any fruits, food, beverages and other perishable items, you must do so 48 hours prior to the requested delivery time. If your request to cancel an order is received less than 48 hours prior to the proposed delivery, you will be charged HK $ 100 for administrative costs. In the event that fruit, food, beverages, other products, packaging material and any other items have already been packaged or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and you will be required to pay the full value of the original order.
ii. If you wish to cancel any non-perishable purchases, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the proposed delivery time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours of the delivery time, refund will be provided less delivery charges.
iii) Damage
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, the buyer should contact HamperGifts Hong Kong within 3 days of receipt of the goods. HamperGifts Hong Kong will replace or refund related items.
iv) To cancel the order, all fruits, food and drink category and other perishable items such gifts must be made 48 hours prior to delivery gifts before, if less than 48 hours from the time of delivery, will be charged $ 100 for administrative costs.
If other fruits, food or drink products purchased materials, packaging or send out shall pay the full value of the gift cannot be canceled.
To cancel the gifts are not of perishable products must be made 24 hours prior to delivery gifts before, if less than 24 hours from the time of delivery, you need to pay for the transportation costs and will be automatically deducted when a refund.

Replacement of goods
i. If customers ordered the goods have been purchased materials, packaging or send out are not exchangeable.
ii. The additional costs incurred in connection with the request for replacement of the goods are subject to the responsibility of our customers.
iii. All of the replacement value of such goods is lower than the value of the original product, the difference will not be returned to our customers.
iv. HamperGifts Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse the replacement of the goods.

Refund and return of goods
HamperGifts Hong Kong is committed to providing high quality and beautiful gifts to all our customers and we sincerely hope that our customers and the gift recipients are satisfied with the products they receive. However, there may be rare occasions where this is not the case. Therefore, in order to protect the interests of our customers and the recipients of any gift hamper, we do offer a refund and return policy. Please note that this provision does not apply to all fruit, food, beverages and other perishable items. Refund requests must be received within 3 days of delivery. Customers who wish to request a refund can do so by calling our customer service department on (+852) 9016 9565 or by email at [email protected] and must provide order number to arrange return. Our customer service representative will issue a return approval and the customer must return its goods within 3 days. we are happy to refund in full to the customer.
If there is any dispute, HamperGifts Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.

Discount Goods
All discounted goods and promotional items are non-returnable, unless they are of an unacceptable quality, as per the terms contained within the Quality of Goods Policy. Damaged goods must be returned within 3 days of recipient in order to qualify for a full return and refund.

The Quality of Goods

i. We are committed to providing customers with high quality products. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions upon which the production process may result in a product that does not meet quality requirements. In the event that the customer receives a product that has been damaged, stained or exhibits other quality problems, Boutiques De Cadeaux will accept return of the product, providing refunds are requested within 7 days of receipt of the gift. Boutiques De Cadeaux reserves the right to request photos of the original product(s). To assist us in quality control we may also request to collect the original products.

Non-refundable or Returnable Products
Due to health and safety issues, HamperGifts Hong Kong will not accept return and refund for the following products, unless there is an explicit quality concern with the product received:
perfume and soap
items of clothing (both male and female )
perishable goods
beverages (including alcoholic beverages)
personal care products
delicate ornaments

Fresh Food Quality
The quality of fresh food
Fresh food may not be shipped due to weather or lack of harvest, resulting in substandard goods or substitutes (including changes in producer and origin).
Due to weather factors or lack of harvest and other reasons the goods have the opportunity to appear substandard situation, then we will contact the customer by e-mail follow-up.
If you have any questions or inquiries about the quality of the goods, please contact the Customer Service Department by email with the order number and the product photo.
If we cannot provide the photo of the problem, we will not be able to arrange follow up for you.
Fruits, beverages and other perishable products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a specific quality issue with the goods received. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service Contact on (+852) 9016 9565, Boutiques De Cadeaux reserves the right to deal with queries on a case-by-case basis and to make the final decision.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Boutiques De Cadeaux, is limited in liability to:
In relation to goods, the replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and
In relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Boutiques De Cadeaux makes no warranty that this website, any information or ideas contained on this website or any products or services will meet your requirements. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
By using this website you acknowledge that you cannot seek loss of profits, revenue or contracts from Boutiques De Cadeaux for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of purchases from our site.

In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
